poor air conditioning

this stay was nearly bearable, but the air conditioning was pathetic, and i found a cockroach, truly delightful! on top of that, i was hoping for a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but instead, i just got a move to another equally dreadful room. i was almost ready to write a nice review, but just couldn’t.

Polite and accommodating staff made my stay pleasant.

The room had a damp smell and poor air conditioning. I found a cockroach which was quite alarming. The breakfast spread was disappointing and not fresh.
